I have an account with RMB pvt bank for some years now and am experiecing very bad service and feedback from Barbara de Klerk my PVT banker.

An evaluation was done on my existing property to finance a new property. This was done a few months back.

RMB called for this property valuation which i paid for. I received a mail from Barbara with a one liner saying my property was worth x amount. No report or explanation, nothing.

No report was forwarded to me no square meterage or anything else to that effect.

I have mailed Barbara on several ocasions requesting the full report but to no avail. Very easy to take approx R4000 from my account but very tough to account for it.

I want a full report of how the assesor came to his amount. I paid for it, and therefore it should be delivered to me.
