This has been the most frustrating Company (HOLLARD MOTOR EXTENDER) to deal with regarding written communications and service.
They duck and dive confirmation to paper on repairs of my vehicle and have excuses for every item that is listed. One moment they will say that they cover a certain item but when a dealership submits the Invoice of the repairs to them then they simply state that they don't cover it.(Only telephonically)
They don't even cover the recovery of the vehicle to a workshop although it is in the policy.
It is a total rip-off to all policy holders with regards to Hollard just refusing to accept anything.
