I have left from my previous employer and filled in forms in November to claim my pension fund. After numerous emails (telephonic conversations cannot be trusted and needed everything on black and white) between the relevant parties - I still have not yet received my pension fund. I have explained and forwarded all my correspondences to Trevor but again NO JOY!!! GIB has my money which I WORKED FOR!!! AND THE ONLY ANSWER IS THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CLAIM. This is after I was informed by an employer of GIB (Rakesh) that they have had problems with the company I left. So in other words they do have previous experience of the problem but still - THEY SHRUG THEIR SHOULDERS!!! I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY MONEY - MY MONEY!!! Am I going to get my pension fund?? and if I do - believe me GIB is not going to be the Investment Company - it maybe not be a big amount but it is MY MONEY!!!
