I'm still waiting for my money

Last week I had a complaint regarding the deduction of money off my savings account. Firstly, you didn't have the right to do that as I did pay - YOU didn't do the necessary recons to allocate my payment. Secondly, I sent a reply to Roegaya Davids about when I can receive my money back. I'm still waiting for any sort of reply. Someone needs to get back to me. Better yet, just refund the money into my savings account.
