30 minutes on hold and no response

Steve you guys are, I have called on numerous occassions to find out when will my Ebucks will be allocated for purchases made in December. Today it took a toll on me waiting for 30 minutes for feedback from the agent Ivan useless and arrogant. I can't believe the I was told the ebucks would be allocated on the 8th or 9th today is the 14th no ebucks allocated and I must wait 30minutes on the line what kind of customer service is this for platinum members I can just imagine isf I had an ordinary FNB card.
