Apply for a Re-Advance Oct 2013 after be a client for more than 10 years.
They told me that I need Income statements which I provided Nov 2013.
No communication what so ever until I phone them Dec 2013.
There answer "will send documents thru"
No communication again, phone them Jan 2013.
