I phoned DSTV to cancel my subscription was moving back to Gautend from R/Bay, that was on 15 December, on 01 January 2014 the debit order wnet off my account. I then again phoned DSTV to cancel my subscription.
I then went to Standard Bank Clear Water asking them to revers the debit order as it was unautharised, the lady said it would take 2 to 3 working days - the money is still not in my account
