We've been clients of ADT for over 3 years. In the time we've had less than optimal service and response. In the 3 years we have not received any communication from ADT at all. They decided to debit us for this month and have suddenly increased our monthly payments by R200 without any warning or communication.
We've tried contacting them but unfortunately they NEVER answer the phone we can't be on hold for an indefinite amount of time. Emails are simply not responded to. I'm so fed up with their bad service and then they just increase premiums as they see fit without communication. Surely CPA necessitates communication if stuff like this is being done!!!
