Poor service cause of bad ITC

Isn't there some sort of legislation requiring FSP's to contact their client's or to notify them if they are in arears or in danger of violating an agreement? I recently learned that my ITC shows a bad payment history to Virgin. My Emperica score is almost 800, quite good but now you have gone and messed things up for me by not getting back to me and informing me that I have not paid the correct amount for the past two months. what makes matters worse as that it reflects that I did not pay anything at all which according to my knowledge isn't true at all. The last thing is that your payment details/information on your website is wrong and up to! I've emailed you to find out what the details will be if I'm paying from another bank other than ABSA but only received an automated reply. I need to pay my installment and you are screwing with my time limit!! Please contact me so that I can make my payment and update my details! Just pick up the phone or hit the reply button, not difficult is it?
