We requested feedback from Wesbank ito 1) At what interest rate is the arrear amount calculated on?
2) DCA commission debited against the account (total sum of R8 875) which is half of the outstanding amount (according to Wesbank). I was for a period out of work but when I was appointed permanently in 2012, I immediately started paying and in February 2012 I was called by a agent of Wesbank stating that I owned them R30 400, 00 which I paid that same month, still in arrears according to them, I paid several amounts to get the vehicle up to date, but never seems to happen. This month (May 2013) I paid an amount of R21 100, 00 to ensure that the vehicle is up to date. But I still like to have some answers to my questions above. I really not satisfied with the DCA commission debited on my account unnecessarily and would like a detailed explanation as to how it work.
