NO RESPONSE FROM INSURANCE SIDE

It's been about 3 months when we submitted our claim to ABSA for a broken toilet, we got a response to say it's on assessment and then another response saying it has been registered, the 3rd sms and the last one said that it was places on "advisor delay until 2December 2013", but up until now, there is no feedback on what will happen next When we phone them we just keep getting transferred to one place to the other and the call ALWAYS gets dropped after the 3rd person and note these calls take up to an hour to make. This is not acceptable service. As we pay our Bond every month on time and add insurance on to that you'll think they will be willing to help you, but sadly no they don't. after a long wait and this back and forth I decided to make this comment in the hope that something will happen.
