This is the second time im complaining about this, first time was on 12:28 Wed 16 Jan. I was called by ABSA after complaining last time and was told not 2 worry that my bond will be registered and then I can just make the life insurance active afterwards again.
I just got a call from the lawyers now telling me that they cannot register my bond because my life insurance is inactive and when they called ABSA to find out whats going on, ABSA decided to tell my lawyers that I no longer wanted the life cover and thats why its been made inactive. Now please tell me who gives ABSA the right 2 to my lawyers saying I cancelled it, when it was ABSA that cancelled it and when I let ABSA know that it was a mistake and they must make it active, they told me theres nothing to worry about and everything is fine.
I need this sorted out urgently the bond needs to be registered, please can someone call me and activate the life insurance that I never cancelled.
I find it disgusting that an ABSA consultant would just make up something and say I cancelled it, if they didnt know, they should have told the lawyers that they dont know and called me so I can tell ABSA that you cancelled it
