My mother had an accident she was hit at the back of her vehicle by a gentleman in East London 24 June 2010 she tried to get in contact with him to no avail. She then submitted a claim and the insurance repaired the vehicle. She went to consult with a legal advisor as she is a client of Legal Wise and she was advised that it is a small claims issue and she must hand over all the documentation of the vehicle, she did and that she will be advised on the way forward. Till today she has had no response from Mr Ncwana and all the appointments made with her have not been fruitful. She has since sold the vehicle and paying off the debt and yet Legal Wise have not assisted her. She is a loyal client that has been paying her premiums and even referred 2 of her colleagues to Legal Wise and yet the service that she has received is ridiculous and utterly disgusting to say the list. Im extremely dissapointed, its been over 3 years now and Legal Wise dont care nor have the decency to update their client. I called last week and spoke to a Verushna who advised me that the gentleman in question no longer works there, case was closed. Awaiting your soonest response.
