Account Frozen With no notification

I've tried to logon to ABSA Internet banking; with no success, after calling the Customer care have been informed account is overdrawn though plenty funds in account, furthermore, I cannot transfer to my CCard etc, so I'm sitting in a resturant highly embarrassed! I'm told it will only be active after 2 days unless I go to a branch!!!
!!! My wife on he other side of town can draw from the ATM but I'm stuck here, seems very easy to inconvenience someone, and embarrass them, when a simple sms days ago could have avoided the situation, after all the end of year cycle has its downfalls, but not one sms to inform me of a problem but yet today sms's showing deposits etc!!!
I will be moving to FNB where everything can be resolved online or over the phone!!! Fact!!!
