How can we not help you

I went to the bank on 4 January to link my existing bond account to my cheque account. They did not do it they just increased a limit. I then on Monday spoke to a lot of people and Sylvester Ndlovu sent me a wrong form and got another e-mail from home loans with no attachments. I eventually completed the forms and sent on Friday. I called and they could not find my e-mail. Eventually today they found them and now they are telling me that they sent me a wrong form and I must complete a new form. They have the forms they they said i need but now the Manager is not even willing to help. Way to go FNB.
