I have never in my life received such pathetic service.

In Dec 2013, I was with drawing from an ATM, I received an SMS notification that the money was deducted off my account however the cash did not come out the ATM, I immediately called Standard bank to submit a claim, all went well, they provided me with a reference number and assured me the fund would be refunded with in 10-12 working day.

It have now been over the 12 working days and the money is still not be transferred back into my accounts, I have called twice since laying the claim and both times they advise me their systems are off line and that someone will call me back with info as to what is going on but still nothing. If it was a couple hundred rand, for all this hassel I wouldn't have even bothered but its not. The service is shocking, they don't follow up with the customers and when the customers call, "there systems are down".

Shocking, shocking, shocking service.
