DOUBLE DEBITS

On the 02/01/2014 l got a call from FurnCity where l gave them my new banking details for a debit order of R951 and authorised that they debit my account as there are funds avail, on the 03/01/2014 l received an sms from fnb stating R1901 was debited, l then went to Furn City immediately to enquire about this, the lady said its a mistake and African bank will fix it. I emphasised that l have a debit order that should go off on Monday for my son's school fees l need that money returned as its for that debit order, she calmly said the money will be in my account before the 07th. 07th there was nothing, l called the customer care number the lady l spoke to said there hasnt been any feedback about my refund she is awaiting for feedback, l felt helpless l then conctacted furncity where the manager promised to get to the bottom of this, and he also said the money will be paid back but until today. I took my son to school today and l was told that l didnt pay for this month and they want the money before Wednesday or pay cash to avoid sending my child home until l honoured the aggreement, and all this because of African Bank, l've never been so inconvinieced like in my life, l f
