First National Bank
24 hours TAT, but no response from premier banking

I sent an email on the 7th of January, its a week later and i have recived no response or call. the email reply says i will get a response within 24 hours. I need to know why my homeloan premium went up and i want to fix an amount on both my personal loan and my homeloan. please can somebody respond to me.
