I submitted a claim to Affinitty UW on 26 June 2012. Got a confirmation of receipt of the claim via sms (which I unfortunately do not have anymore) and after that - NOTHING. Reaching the relevant people has been next to impossible and whenever I spoke with anyone, I took their name and e-mail address (e.g. Kaydee, Kirsten), sent documentation and then received no further word on my claim. When phoning back to ask for confirmation of receipt, Kirsten, in particular told me it was so busy and she just answers phones but she assured me that my claim would be forwarded to the legal department as it has escalated to this level. Now when e-mailing those same addresses, the e-mail is returned as the addresses no longer exist - including the client services address on the website. I tried calling this morning, spoke with Tanya briefly, was placed on hold and the call was disconnected.
I know they are there because my account is debited monthly without fail and my yearly increase in insurance premium timeously and without a hitch. I WANT MY CAR FIXED, this why I got insurance in the first place!
