Refusal to Acknowledge Insurance Claim

On the 9th of January 2013 my cell phone was. I proceeded to blacklist the phone and comply with all of MTN's contradictory information (MTN says 3 days - my policy docs state 30 days) and sent same off to MTN via facsimile and mail. On Wednesday the 11th, when I had still not heard anything from MTN, and after numerous phone calls to their highly dubious number on the top of the claim form, firstly I was informed that I do not exist as a customer, then secondly that they have no record of a claim. I then went in to the Cavendish Square store, and asked them to submit my forms, on my behalf, to the insurance Department, so that I have proof that I have submitted it to them within their required time frame.

This was the status quo up to and including a half an hour ago.

I will now forward them, via re-curing mail, the claim documents every half hour until someone at MTN insurance has the decency to forward me with an acknowledgement of receipt.
I would however suggest that it be a relatively senior person because having complied with all of the provisions in sections 13 of the insurance agreement, I DEMAND ANSWERS.
