I have been elegantly double debited by ABSA bank.
I took off my time to go in and see the bank manager at Woodstock.
He informed me to call in to personal loans on Monday.
Given that none of their numbers from the website works and after 5 calls was told to go into the bank.
Now I have to take off more time from my work to go to the bank,
All this back and forth? for their mistake?
Non helpful service like this makes me so upset.
Absa is meant to be on of our banking leaders so far has managed only to lead me away from them.
