He can not phone he passed away

I send Sanlam a email informing them that my father had passed away. I did not ask any info... so I get this email back... the client has to phone himself and all this nonsence about the privicy act and, and. I never asked for info, so if you get hold of him please send me the know how. Pathetic, is Sanlam not a life insurance company dealing with death? But they have staff who can't read or understand a question. Good luck with filling the paperwork...
