No hot water and no service

Went outside this morning 2/2/13 to see water running down the wall of my house. Either a burst geyser or a leaking pipe. Climbe in the roof to discover a leaking geyser. Called SBSA Insurance. My claim was processed in record time. Was assured a plumber would call me within an hour. Lo and behold I was called 10 minutes later. Was promised that the plumber would be at my house between 3:30 and 4:00 pm. I started phoning the Home Assist department when it appeared that the plumber was going to be late. After TWO phone calls to Home Assist the plumber called me to inform me that they would only be coming at 7:00pm. UNACCEPTABLE!!! The fact that they needed until 3:30 from 10:05 was already a bit alarming, but then to be told that they would only arrive at 7:00. What? Am I going to sit in my house and wait and no-one will arrive then either. I am a good honest loyal customer of SBSA and as such expect a better service. Thought SBSA would use contractors with some integrity and reliabilty. I have ONE incident in 4 years and this is the service I get... time to change banks me think... oh wait they are all the same useless institutions. Whatever happened to good service in this country?
