FNB open an account in my Name without MY OK!!

I had a credit card with FNB which I closed in 2012. We can all now see why I closed it due to the incompetence of FNB and their staff members.
As I have internet banking because I unfortunately still have a cheque card with FNB I now noticed months after I closed my credit card that it reflects on my internet banking stating that I owe FNB over R500. How is this possible??

When one closes an account it means the account should then no longer exist. This is not a very difficult term to understand.
I would like to know how it is that FNB opened a credit card in April of 2013 in my name?? This done without my consent. To my knowledge this is as I did not open an account with FNB in 2013.

On top of this act of committed by FNB, there has been money spent on this account that has been opened without my consent.

As soon as I realized this act of being committed in my name I contacted FNB and was told by their incompetent staff that it is not FNB's problem and I should sort it out with the institution the money was spent at!
