I made a loan of R5800.00 in 2011 and then I was unemployed for 5 months. As soon as I started to work I told them to come get their money. They started to Garnish my salary from April 2012 with an mount of R972.00 per month. I spoke to a lady who informed me that I have to pay the settlement amount of /- R12 500.00 plus the lawyer's fees of /- R3500.00 amounting to nearly R16 000.00. Which I agreed on.
I spoke to Wendy at the lawyer's office just to comfirm when the garnish on my salary would stop, she told me I still owe them R14000 and that was 2 weeks ago.
How can i pay over R25 000.00 for a loan of R5800.00? I dont your call centre want to give the loan agreement?
