I applied for a loan at capfin on Friday the 25th and the consultant called me to get all the ecessary information which I provided then she told me that I will get an sms informing me of the payment. I have waiting for the sms and every time when am calling I was advised that my application is awaiting confirmation. Then everyday @ six o'clock I get an sms saying that the application is in process, I guess that's an automated message. On Monday I called, I was told the same thing Tuesday I called as well I was told the same thing awaiting confirmation and I asked what confirmation, the consultant advised that she has no idea she can only advise me to re-apply.i think it's not fair to me as there is no proper feedback given to me. I asked the consultant if there is any information needed so that I can provide she said she does not know and she can assist me until that far. I feel the service is very bad why promising the client if you can't deliver, I applied for the loan because I needed the money .i am expecting the 2000 that I was told I qualify for.

Please can somebody assist me with this loan coz I need it.
