I registered on-line for BCom Hons Ind Psyc in Dec 2012.I paid my registration fee on 26 Jan 2013. I then followed up with Finance to check if my Reg Fee was recieved which it was recieved on the 26 Jan (EFT). I then followed-up with Registration Office & I have been sent from pillar to post but I have not been able to get a clear response from them about my registration. The best response that I have recieved is that my registration is "in progress".
I called countless times to enquire about my registration but my calls were not being answered & I did send an email to enquire about my registration but that has not been responded to. I called the Undergrad Reg offices & they explained that the best they could do is foward my details to Post-Grad Reg.
I then decided to re-register for the exact same modules for the exact same Honours Qualification on 16th Feb 2013, thinking that maybe that will speed up the process as the Reg Fee has already been recieved. This however it did not help as I have not recieved any kind of feedback from UNISA with regards to my application or even an explaination as to why it is taking this long to process my application.
What is happening with my Reg?
