Hidden Fees

My account is on a negative balance of 1, 300 because of these stupid honoring fees. I called the customer service line and they told me I made purchases while I didn't have money in my account.

Secondly I was told that I will pay R99 per month including all basic needs like balance enquirers and withdrawals.

I demand that these honoring fees be reversed because no one told me about them, and the bank can always decline my purchases if I do not have enough money in my account.
