When I upgraded to Nebank Private Bank, I had 47726 points in my greenbacks account 9511 0636 6301. I assumed since it was a card change & everything else remained the same, this too was the case. I then suddenly had a another account 9613 0254 5554 which to date has 14168 points. I then discovered that the 47726 had disappeared & 20 November started querying via my personal banker as I wanted my points merged. I was told the reason for losing the points was because the card had idled for 5 months to which I said that this was something not my fault as with an upgrade the one card obviously becomes non functional. At one point we (my private banker and I) got feedback [Kekeletso Khohloa: 02 Dec] that they had merged the accounts, however when I went on line only 14168 still reflected. On the 18th of December I sent another email asking which was the merged account as now one had nothing and the other only 27 points.
Kindly take note that client account is MR#9511-0636-6301 & points were reinstated, client now has 14, 778 points balance. [Maggie Mabiletsa: 24 Dec]
