Poor service I had on the department at standard bank..My card didn't come back after I inserted it on a standard bank ATM, after some few minutes all of my money was withdrawn. I have been calling the department forever and every time I call they keep on asking for my ID number and Reference/Case no and say "we will call you after 24 hours" somtimes they say "after 48 hours" which is they don't say the same thing, and they don't even call at all. So I have to call them all the time.
what should I do?? Someone help me please
