My mother in law passed away last month and now we need to get her Outsurance policy on mt father in laws name. Is two phone calls and three emails not enough for them to get an afrikaans speaking person to contact my dad to do the nessasary changes??? How many times do they want me to phone them.
Should someone not respond to this complaint i will surely get him to leave Outsurance and go to someone else.
