I would like to compliment Florence for the great help she was.

After an admin glitch, she was helpful in resolving the error caused by a misunderstanding. Kept me informed all the time, was friendly and eager to help.

I was regretting and resenting doing business with this company and the fact that the phones are never answered the first time you call made me weary, but eventually when the call is picked up, the staff at Getbucks are all in general a helpful bunch and eager to assist. The service I received from Florence and staff is truly superb.

And one last thing, the time between the time you get an approval SMS and the time you get notified by your bank of funds in is really really fast.
