Total disrespect for the custome

Our water filter (an Alphion JP-109) was purchased from this company. It was sent in for servicing more than 3 months ago. After 6 weeks we phoned to find out the status of the repair job; in our repeated calls for information to date, in excess of 20 calls), Joyous has always fielded the call, and ALWAYS says that Florence, who supposedly does the repair work, is either out of the office or in a meeting. She contends that she absolutely may not give out Florence's cell but says she'll ask Florence to call us. To date, Florence has not called. We have no reason to believe that this company is credible, nor do we know whether we'll ever see the water-filter again. Helmut Schwarz and Ingrid Salzmann
