I have waited so long for my refund to come through and I don't even know where to turn to anymore. Hi Finance South gate has done all the paperwork and we are still waiting. Im told the person handling my case is a guy called Victor but he's not in. Should it be my problem then if this guy doesn't come to work for another full month? I don't think its fair for me to have to wait for someone to come back to work so I can receive my money. Im so disappointed in the customer service i have received. I have travelled up and down querying this and no one seems to know whats going on. Someone please attend to this matter because this is really serious now. Im sure such a huge company like yours doesn't only have Victor working with banking. Im so disappointed, frustrated and extremely tired of chasing after my own money which I paid on time every single month.
