I was garnished by this company via my employer, I paid off the debt in full and even over and above what was payable. Upon requesting the services of the Ombudsman who investigated and found out that I had overpayed. Flemix asked for my banking details which I submitted promptly and I was told that my refund will take approximately 14 working days. This al happened late November 2013.
To date and we are nearing the end of January 2014 I have not received my refund, almost three months now. When I call them I am always told that it has been logged and they are waiting for their client, Bridge Finance to refund them. The question is I have been paying directly to Flemix and now when they are suppose to refund me I must wait for Bidge Finance. Amanda who is responsible for my account never, ever gives me feedback, I do the calling all the time and I speak to consultants who are either clueless or evasive and when I ask to speak with Amanda am told she is either in a meeting or is not taking calls.
I just want my money back, is that so difficult to ask because I get the feeling that Flemix is full of liars and and they do not want to refund me.
