Hi there

I received a message earlier this morning that my account (97679820) was handed over to Vericred for collection. Since when did multichoice start handing over payments to debt collectors for an account they should have switched off past the due date in the first place?

I know that you can pay a reconnection fee for a late payment with your services disconnected... Which I am ok with. Going ahead and keeping on my services connected without my consent, and then going blindly with handing over the outstanding amount for debt collection is pathetic and disgusting.

Is multichoice now forcing us to subscribe for its services? Should I not decide whether or not I want to subscribe for multichoice services in a given month or not. I think I misread your terms and conditions.

Now with my account settled wouldn't it be an embarrassment for the debt collecting agency calling me.

I need you to rescind that handing over collection nonsense because if my credit rating is affected you will pay for that Multichoice.
