On the 3rd of January I deposited cash at the new ATM's cardless transaction near the Jabulani Mall branch, I got a message that my notes were invalid I should take my money back but the ATM never dispersed the money back to me. I reported the incident with the STD Bank Jabulani I was given this reference no: 51308057 & told I would get a feedback within 6 days as of now I haven't received any feedback. I have tried countless avenues to have this query solved, I registered my dissapointment on your website & called your General banking enquiries dept but I am not getting any joy out of it.
