I deposited money for my sons school uniform into the ATM machine just outside the Standard Bank branch because there was a long queue inside the branch, the transaction went through I put in the money and the machine jammed with my cash inside and it did not return it, I go inside to inquires show them the slip that says axactly what I said happened and they tell, we'll put ur complaint through to the atm guys and you'll get the reply in 6 days so I go back on the 7th day which was 15-01-2013 and they tell me its still pending investigation, its now the 10th day and I'm still waiting with no indication of where I stand because no one bothers to inform me on the progress of my case. I don't understand how hard can it be to call me and tell the progress of my case.
