Excellent Service at Standard Bank OR Tambo

I would like to commend the services I got from a clerk at OR Tambo Standard Bank. I migrated from my previous bank (cant name the bank riddled with "red tape") because I wanted a personalised services, zero delays, immediate feedback as promised and one where I get dedicated one on one service because I AM THE CLIENT. I experienced this whilst opening a prestige account at Standard bank. I received Customer care at its best, everything was explained to me with articulate details. The follow up communication was timeous and with determination. I now only prefer to go there only on the particular days that this gentleman works. He is a clerk (I think) at the branch but I got personalised and professional banking services I haven't gotten since I opened a bank account. I hope all other standard bank employees follow suite. If one gets the best customer care, queues wont be as daunting, and call centre frustration will be minimal. I bank with a friend, I bank with Standard Bank. Thank you very much
