Standard Bank's incompetence is limitless

I closed all may accounts with Standard Back after the Prestige banker at the Killarney branch made error after error just in the process of transferring me to the Prestige service. Now I am receiving SMS messages from them for an outstanding balance on an account that was supposed to be closed for months. I am awash with horror at the rampant incompetence and ineffectiveness of the Standard bank Prestige service. After being talked into upgrading to it I had nothing but trouble which eventually ended in me closing all my accounts. the awful and incompetent service that I received from the Prestige banker at the Killarney branch was bad enough to make me sever my over ten year relationship with Standard bank.

Or should I say attempt to sever. Their incompetence still haunts me. Standard bank cant even close an account effectively. Furthermore in attempting to contact their prestige call centre I waited 9 minutes to speak to someone even though the first thing that is said by the automated answering system is that your call will be answered in less than five minutes.
