Bankmed erroneously debited my account --an amount of r12298-00 on 31/01/2013.This has now affected my debits and I panicked as THIS NEVER EVER HAPPENED IN ALL MY LIFE.I LEAVE A LITTLE EXTRA IN MY CURRENT ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH BUT NOT SUCH A HUGE AMOUNT DUE TO ALL THE .I CALLED GENERAL BANKING EARLIER, AND I RECEIVED NO JOY-- -BUT WHEN I CALLED ROSEBANK BRANCH & SPOKE TO ANTOINETTE SHE WAS CALM, LISTENED PATIENTLY SHOWED THAT SHE UNDERSTOOD MY SITUATION AND JUST BY LISTENING AND BEING POLITE IT MADE ME FEEL GOOD.--SHE ACTUALLY REVERSED THE NEGATIVITY I HAD EXPERIENCED EARLIER.I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN RELIABLE AND TREATED MY ACCOUNTS WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT AND I ACTUALLY HANDLE THEM WITH MUCH PRIDE AND THIS ERRONEOUS HUGE DEBIT WHICH IS BEING CURRENTLY SORTED OUT BY BANKMED LEFT ME DEVASTATED AND I WAS DESPERATELY TRYING TO SORT OUT MY SITUATION WITH THE BANK--NOT FOR FUNDS AS I TRANSFERRED FUNDS FOR DEBITS WHICH MAY STILL HAVE TO BE HONOURED, BUT FOR SOMEONE TO JUST LISTEN AND VIEW MY BANKSTATEMENT AND MAKE A NOTE ON THE SYSTEM THAT THERE DISHONOURS WERE NOT CAUSED BY ME BEING UNRELIABLE OR IRRESPONSIBLE.ANTOINETTE IS TRULY A BRAND AMBASSADOR--WELL DONE YOU ARE AN ASSET TO SBSA.
