On the 11 June 2013, I took my car for a service, when I picked up my car, I reported that the tint on my windows is damaged. I was taken to Antoinette, who came to view my car and confirmed that it needs to be fixed. She promised to call me later that day (11th June 2013) but never did until I write this report. Then on Friday 15th I received a courtesy call from Dodge Chrysler Jeep, don't know the name of the gentleman who called, I informed him about Antoinette, he promised to make a follow up, but he never came back to me to tell me if he spoke to Antoinette or not, it's a week since he called me. Today I received a courtesy call from Anna (who has been helpful when I reported the problem with the tint) from the same branch, I told her about Antoinette, and that since I left the dealership Antoinette never called, she told me she will inform Antoinette, she (Anna) then called back to tell me that she has informed Antoinette and wants to find out if Antoinette has called me and I told her she hasn't called me
I need to know why Antoinette is not calling back as she promised (This is day 10) since I spoke to her.
