I was involved in a car accident on the 20th of December in the Eastern Cape then informed police for accident report and after 4 days trying to get hold of MIway I have managed to get through and submitted a claim, since the 24 of December no assessment have been made, nor being informed of a way forward, I am calling them myself with no proper answer besides assumptions, please help me as I'm left in a dark, all I was told is that I will pay the storage myself as I am not covered for that, but now I don't know anything.
