I have being trying to contact Sherylene since the 09th September after receiving a letter stating that I will now be liable for excess on my insurance after being assured by Sherylene that there will be no excess on my account at all. To date I have not had any response non whatsoever from them. Yesterday 07th Jan I also tried to contact them to temporarily change my vehicle address and no one from them has contacted me.
I am extremely disappointed by the treatment and lack of service by MIWAY.
