I have been with Miway for 6 months - I was very happy with my total package and then TO MY SURPRISE I recieve a letter yesterday stating that my excess will be increased to R3300. I haven't claimed, I'm not due for a rerate either. some BS explanation about exchange rate and claims stats - maybe you should have done your research before offerring clients extremely low premiums with zero excess - its not my fault if Miway is still running at a loss. I called in yesterday to discuss my policy, I was promised one of your "SENIOR CONSULTANTS" (Retention advisor) would call me and wow 24 hours later and nothing... FIX MY EXCESS!!!
