I made a telephonic arrangement with FNB's consultant (Nonhlanhla) in September which was never kept, I then lodged a complaint and then Tshepo called on the 6/11/2013 and said the agreement is still standing. To my horror when I called your call centre requesting a paid up letter, I am being told that I still have an amount left, which I don't understand because the initial agreement made in September was that I pay an amount of Sven Hundred and Ninety something to cover the interest as well, which I have been paying R800 every month. Can somebody tell me the reason why the agreement is suddenly changing? wouldn't it have been decent for FNB to call me if they saw things are changing? Can somebody please help me, this is the third time I have complaining?
