On Sunday the 10 Nov 2013 I went to play a soccer 6 ticket S6 V1P1 as broadcast on the television by Neil Andrews. The closing date for this pool was Sun 10 November and the closing time was 14h00 and I rushed to the betting outlet to play my ticket with R24 and at 13h50 I was issued with the ticket. The games on the said pool played according to my bet and I realised that my ticket had the winning combination as per my bet. When I went for my winnings the next day I could not be paid as I was told that the ticket was not a winning one, I could not understand as to why I cant be paid as according to the attached televised broadcast my ticket is a winning ticket, and all I want is for me to be paid my money. If the information was falsified it should never be my problem as I played according to what you televised the pool to be on the day and that is, S6 V1P1.
