Contact Us - Online Banking Website - Lotto

I purchased a Lotto ticket online via FNB Online Banking. I got 3 numbers correct (Thus a winning amount). Untill today I have not received the winnings in my bank account as FNB claims that it will be paid directly into my bank account should it be a winning ticket. I have addressed this via the contact form on the website as well and still waiting for feedback for a week now. I have two questions now, how many other tickets could I have potentially won as I do not check my tickets that I buy via FNB as their system should check it? It is clearly NOT working. I want FNB to check every ticket I have ever bought via their Online Banking platform to check for any winnings. Please advise ASAP!!
