Winnings not paid

On the 8/03/2013 i won money at the casino-received a ticket which i tried to cash today.

was told this had alredy been paid.--how is this possible?

i have played at the casino on many times before and know when you are in possession of a ticket one gets paid-the ticket is your money.

i have now been cured on so called "entertainment"
