Nothing less than 3 months ago I phoned and requested money to be paid in my account for my matric farewell. 3 months!! Since then kim only phoned me back once, the rest of the time I had to phone in and find out what's happening. Now its due date for my matric dress money to be paid in and kim REFUSES to call me back. This DISGUSTING and APALLING service will go to the ombudsman is that money is not paid in TODAY.
